30-day money-back guarantee
We want StationReady to genuinely become part of your practice's daily rhythm. If it isn't working for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your order.
Within 30 days of purchase you may request a full refund of:
- Your most recent monthly subscription payment; and
- The one-time Founding Pilot setup fee, provided you have not yet received your on-site labelling walk-through.
Where the setup walk-through has already been delivered, refunds of the setup fee are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. on behalf of Virtus Nemeton Ltd. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Email hello@virtusnemeton.co.uk from the address used at checkout, quoting your order or Stripe receipt number.
- We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and issue the refund via Stripe. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal (accessible from your dashboard) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumer regulations, or the laws of your country of residence.
